Finding your way back Home

How does it feel inside your body to come home to yourself, return to the divinity within, remember your true spiritual essence?

What does it even feel like to be within your body ... to be EMBODIED?

You may or may not know the answers to these questions.

For those of you that don’t know and are curious, I invite you to open yourself up to finding out what that means. What does it mean to fully inhabit the wholeness of you - mind, body, heart and soul?

For me, I found the answers within the practice of Yoga.

Yoga is not just a physical practice. It is precious sacred time for you to drop within, excavate, dig, inquire, feel, be. It is a time to be in full awareness of your breath and to be ever present in the moment. It is a safe vehicle and entryway into the deeper parts of you and will aid in connecting you to the voices you hold within - body, heart and soul. It will help you learn HOW to listen (and really HEAR) those voices, in turn getting to know yourself better!


Each time you arrive on your mat, meet

yourself exactly where you are - with full acceptance, love, tenderness - no judgment, no criticism - in deep gratitude for all that your body CAN do for you.


I view Yoga as Healing medicine, an incredibly beautiful pathway to the interior of our bodies, our hearts, our souls ... a PATHWAY back HOME
