What is Soul Chicks?
Soul Chicks is a place for women who want to LIVE DEEPER, TRUER, BRAVER and more AUTHENTIC to come and be fed. A place to walk alongside other sister-souls on the same wild beautiful journey in an environment of life changing love and fun. Where it is safe to show-up and be seen…no hustle, no masks. A place to learn, to grow and to restore….to let go of what doesn’t serve you and gain tools that will help you live big, free, brave and true within your own life…your one beautiful life!! As Certified Adult Chair ® Coaches and Soul Roads & Soul Restoration Instructors we do this using a unique set of tools and traditions centered around a powerful truth….”You cannot heal from what is not true.”, combined with our passionate commitment for creating a safe loving container for self-discovery & healing to happen. We offer one-of-a-kind life affirming, soul restoring experiences for women through Soul Chick Camps, retreats, workshops, and live coaching. We told you this is good stuff.

I’m so glad you’re here.
I promise you, no matter what brought you here – hard things, relationship struggles, or the desire for more – you’re in the right place. Because beautiful sister, I’ve found my way out of these places, and I can help you do the same. It’s why I founded Soul Chicks.
As you can see, I have a passionate belief in women's hearts.That’s because I grew up surrounded by beautiful women who taught me how to love fiercely. But I also saw how as women we can be so busy loving others that we give ourselves away in the process. That's what happened to me. I love my people fiercely, but when life brought really hard things, I forgot to love myself. Instead, I thought it was my job to hold up the whole world for everyone else; to just keep smiling and giving myself away...pretending that if I could make them okay, I could be okay. What I didn’t know then was that I was hustling for my worth, believing a million co-dependent lies. Lies that said things like, “The only way you’ll be worthy of love and connection is to give yourself away.” And so I did. I doubled down on what I knew, trying to save my adult son who was drowning in addiction and all the hurting people around him. In the process I was drowning too. I lost myself, my joy, and the hope that life could be good again.
I finally hit bottom and decided I needed to do something different. I was trying so hard to find my way back to my joy and healing, but I just wasn't getting anywhere. Then I discovered this simple truth: YOU CANNOT HEAL FROM WHAT IS NOT TRUE. I’d been trying to heal from lies I was believing about myself and stories I’d wrapped around the hard experiences. But now I had a North Star. I began to unlearn broken beliefs and put truth to my lies. I also discovered the beautiful power of sisterhood.
It saved me. And eventually it grew into a passion to share the lessons, tools, and knowledge I’d gathered with other women, so they could have the same life-restoring experiences. I became a certified Soul Roads & Soul Restoration instructor, founded Soul Chicks, and began guiding women through life-changing retreats. As I continued with my own healing, I discovered The Adult Chair® model. The simple, powerful framework I found there was incredible. It fit like the best friend you never knew you needed until she walked into your life.
It has been an incredible journey with so many gifts along the way. I always say I started out trying to save my son and ended up saving myself.

Now I get to provide a safe loving place for YOU to show up and figure things out. I’ll share the tools, methods, and expertise I’ve gathered over years of doing my own work and guiding women from all over the world. Through Adult Chair coaching, Soul Roads, and live retreat experiences, I’ll help you find your way back to your whole, healthy, authentic self – to the YOU before the hurt, disappointments, and experiences of the world made you dull your shine, doubt your worth, and hide parts of yourself away. Maybe you know exactly when you lost that girl or maybe you don’t ever remember her. Either way…I promise you, she’s in there and together we'll find her!

I have navigated through grief and loss. I have been in the depths of relationship issues.. And I finally chose myself.
I learned to love myself through radical self-compassion and chose to start over.
My most difficult experiences have been my greatest teachers. I have learned to choose curiosity and have created a no-judgment zone with myself. As a Certified Adult Chair® Coach and Certified Soul Road and Soul Restoration facilitator, I use a unique, yet simple approach to healing.
I have navigated the path of self-discovery, and I have become the person I have always known I was. Now, I have the courage to be her, and I will help you become that woman too. Let’s go get her!
