Westerbeke is restful venue nestled in the rolling Sonoma countryside. Delightful paths lead to charming redwood sleeping cabins, nestled among trees and gardens. Delicous food, serene surroundings, and a cool rustic-ranch vibe make Westerbeke the perfect place for the beautiful journey we will be taking together.

Our Method
We use a holistic approach that is intentionally designed to create what your brain, body, and heart need to make meaningful lasting shifts.
We use a combination of experiential exercises, self-discovery lessons, journaling, meditations, fun creative art, and small group discussions on our journey together. Some portions of your journey will be self-lead and some will be together in group. Sandi & Shannon will walk with you and provide you caring masterful guidance the entire way. They have both been where you are and know the importance of having a safe nurturing container to be seen, heard, and supported as you do this work. They will tell you, it is like the secret sauce…the magic to a woman’s heart. It’s the reason for Soul Chicks, and why they created this retreat.
Daily Schedule Snapshot

Each morning you can enjoy breakfast and coffee in the dinning house before we begin. We will begin each day with time for beautiful breath work to calm and ground ourselves as we set our intentions and give ourselves permission to fully show-up for ourselves. Then we gather in the room that will be our own special private space. We’ll introduce our topic and begin our experiential learning, journaling, and reflections with plenty of time for processing and those magical sisterhood shares.
Mid-morning we will move our bodies w/ gently movement, walks through the labyrinth, maybe even a spontaneous dance party.

After a yummy lunch, we will have some fun creative time- no previous experience is necessary- if you don't consider yourself creative- This IS the retreat for YOU! There will be personal time for walks around the grounds or simply chilling out on your cabin’s front porch swing.

In the evening we will enjoy a communal dinner together as sisters on a shared journey followed by our closing share and reflections. And there we will have plenty of snack and potty breaks…because hello, we all need snacks.

While walking my through some hard things, I discovered how doing your soul work, and owning your story in a safe loving circle of sisterhood can transform and heal and woman’s heart. Personal work + Sisterhood is what helped save me, and I've seen it do the same for the countless other women I have coached & guided.
I have a passion to share this work. As a Certified Master Coach I share the same proven tools to help lift other women so they can live big, brave, beautiful and true within their own life…whatever that looks like for them.
It’s why Shannon & I created Soul Chicks. I believe in the power of this work because I know what it has done in my own life.

I’ve learned how soul work and sisterhood can heal our wounds and put our feet on a brave new path. Through my own healing journey, I've discovered a passion to help other women that are navigating the roads I've been on. Now as a Certified Master Coach I use the same proven tools and modalities that have been life changing for me to help other women.

Things sometimes happen in life, sometimes quickly, and sometimes over time that can make us forget who we are, make us feel like we need to hide behind masks of our authentic self and hustle for our worth. This curriculum is intended to help every woman heal hurts, confront old beliefs that have been holding her back, then find and keep the bravery needed to stay joyfully true to her own path.
Soul Chicks retreat is about peeling away the untruths that have accumulated to make up the lies and story’s we tell our self about who we are, what we are worth, and what is possible for us. The ones that tear us down, hold us back, and keep us stuck behind mask of our authentic self. It’s about rediscovering the truth of who we are and living from that place of truth, worthiness, and authenticity so we can live big, true, and brave within our own lives.

The retreat is in Northern California at the Westerbeke Ranch in the beautiful rolling hills of Sonoma County.

Food, lodging, meals, snacks and all retreat materials. Travel cost to and from the venue is not included.

No. Each camper will enjoy her own individual bed. Campers will be housed in shared cabins that include 2 or more beds per room. If you attend with a friend and would like to share the same room, just let us know PRIOR to your stay.

Your deposit is non-refundable.
Your registration balance is non-refundable, however it is transferable to another attendee, assuming that the registration can be sold. We will connect with the next person on our wait list for you in the event you won't be a able to attend. If your registration cannot be resold and the date is within 30 days prior to the event, registration is non-refundable and can ONLY then be transferred to a future event. There are no refunds due to emergency weather, sickness, or natural disaster.

San Francisco, Oakland, or Sacramento airports are w/in an 90 minutes of the venue. Suggested flight details will be sent after registration. There is parking at the venue if you are driving.

We keep our gatherings intimate. There will be less than 20 spots available for this event. If you want to attend with a friend, registration is per person, so please make sure you each register separately.
